What do I need to do before selling my phone?
Back up your data, sign out of iCloud or your Google account, turn off Find My, and remove your SIM card. We securely wipe every device we receive.
What if my device is in a different condition than I selected?
We will send you a revised offer. If you do not accept it, we will return your device free of charge.
Do you buy broken or cracked devices?
Yes. Choose “Faulty” as the condition and we will give you a fair price.
How quickly will I be paid?
In store, usually straight away. For posted devices, within 2 working days of the device arriving.
