30-day returns

If you change your mind, you can return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This is on top of your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to return

  1. Email info@gadgetssolutions.co.uk or call +44 1277 200333 with your order number.
  2. Sign out of iCloud / Google, turn off Find My and remove your SIM.
  3. Pack the device securely with any accessories and send it to us, or bring it to our store.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
